Use Vesper for 90 days. If your skin doesn't feel tighter, denser, or more held, send it back for a full refund. Used or unused. Empty serums included. We cover return shipping.

How to request a refund
Email hello@tryvesper.co with your order number within 90 days of your purchase date. We'll send a pre-paid return label and the return address.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item, back to the original payment method.

We may ask for one sentence of feedback. Always optional, never required.
Subscriptions after the first order
Subscription renewals (2nd kit onward) aren't covered by the 90-day guarantee. They're returnable unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To skip or stop future renewals instead, cancel or pause from your account dashboard before the renewal date.
Damaged or missing items
Email hello@tryvesper.co within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo if the issue is damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
