When you buy a Vesper subscription, you'll receive your kit on a recurring schedule — monthly or every three months, depending on the plan you chose. Your payment method is stored securely, and you're charged on each renewal date.
We email you 7 days before every renewal. Nothing arrives without warning.
How to cancel, pause, or change
You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change your frequency anytime from your account dashboard.

90-day money-back guarantee
Your first kit is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. Use it the full 90 days. If your skin doesn't feel tighter, denser, or more held, send it back for a full refund — used or unused, empty serums included, return shipping on us.
To request a refund, contact support at hello@tryvesper.co within 90 days of receiving your first kit.
Returns after 90 days
After your 90-day guarantee window, unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or partially used kits beyond the 90-day window cannot be refunded.
